 | Southeast Arizona RV Rentals - Rising Fuel Cost Protection Plan
The sooner you reserve the greater your cost savings will be!
The threat of high gasoline prices can put a damper on your travel plans due to the uncertainty of rising fuel costs. But not if you’re renting a Motor Home from Paul's Southeast Arizona RV Rentals LLC and traveling 500 miles or more. If gasoline prices go up, your final rental charges will automatically go down to help compensate for the increased price of gasoline. Now you can plan your next RV rental / Vacation without worrying about rising fuel prices. You are protected, no matter how far you drive.

| APPLIES TO MOTOR HOME RENTALS of 500 miles or more booked after February 11, 2011 | Average Price | Cost Per Mile | | EXAMPLE: Day you reserved your rental (01/01/11) | $3.03 | 30.3¢ | | EXAMPLE: Current Week (02/14/11) | $3.11 | 31.1¢ | | Fuel Credits Due this Week | 8 ¢ Per Gallon* | .08¢Per Mile Driven | | *Based on an average of 10 miles per gallon. Actual credit will be based on the number of miles driven. | EXAMPLE OF HOW OUR COMPENSATION PLAN WORKS: On the day you place your deposit and make your reservation, we record the National Regular Unleaded Average Price of gasoline. In the example above ( $3.03 per gallon) , as per the AAA’s Daily Fuel Gauge Report, the most comprehensive retail gasoline survey available. Using a very conservative 10 miles per gallon RV consumption rate, the average fuel cost per mile driven would equal 30.3¢ per mile.
Then on the day you depart for your trip with the RV, we record the National Average. Now let’s say you are planning a trip over summer vacation and on the 1st day of your vacation the National Average for Regular Unleaded gasoline soars to $4.15 per gallon. At that price, again using 10 miles per gallon consumption rate, the average fuel cost per mile driven is calculated at 41.5 ¢ per mile. The difference (41.5¢ - 30.3¢) is 11.2¢ per mile. At Rental Return, we apply this difference to ALL miles driven in the form of a credit to your rental charges. Let’s say you drove 2,000 miles. Your fuel cost credit at return would be 11.2 ¢ x 2,000 miles = $224.00, which compensates for the higher price of gasoline you paid for.*
Before you depart our lot, Paul's Southeast Arizona RV rentals LLC will calculate the amount of credit to apply to all miles driven at rental return. (By the way, Our RV’s run fine on the least expensive regular unleaded gasoline.)
*Applies to motor-home rentals reserved by private individuals* after 11 February 2011 with travel of 500 miles or more only. Mileage calculations are based on a very conservative 10 miles per gallon. Mileage rates will vary by driver, vehicle applications, use of generator, etc. Paul's Southeast Arizona RV Rentals LLC does not warranty fuel consumption rates. This Plan applies to bona fide residents of the United States and Canada, renting in the United States only. This offer may be withdrawn or modified without public notice. Expires with USA rental returns 2011. * Does Not apply to Organizations, Clubs, Corporations and such
